TERMS OF SERVICE
For teaching events (talks, courses and workshops), please see the separate service policy for each event, included in the event description on the relevant ticket sales platform.
Booking of any Ecofluency offering (service or teaching event) is only confirmed once full payment is made in advance, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Online and in-person services (Consultations with Nature, Family & Nature Constellations, and Energetic Clearings) are offered with the understanding that any information gained through these services is intended only to inform your decisions, and can complement but does not replace any veterinary, medical or psychological advice, prescription or treatment. I, Dr Saskia von Diest, Ecofluency and all associated and affiliated partners of Ecofluency, cannot be held liable for any damage or harm that may arise through decisions that a client makes - the client’s sovereignty is respected at all times and so the client is solely responsible for their decisions.
I retain the right to cancel or postpone a service booking if full payment has not been received in advance.
If I cancel a paid service booking for any reason, you will be refunded in full. This is the only circumstance in which a client is refunded for a service booking.
If I inform you that I cannot provide a service for which a booking has been confirmed, for any reason, you will have the option of either a full refund, or postponing the booking.
If you miss a booking without minimum 24hrs notice, you forfeit payment, and a new booking will need to be made and paid for if you wish to continue.
Bookings are only transferable to another person or organisation with my written agreement and their explicit permission. I only do Energetic Clearings for people who are willing and from whom I have explicit, written permission.
I retain the right to decline working with someone without giving a reason. If it feels appropriate, I may refer you to someone else at my own discretion.
